Step 1: Visit the ECZ Web Portal 

To begin the process, visit the ECZ Web Portal by typing the following URL in your browser: https://eservices.exams-council.org.zm/. Once the homepage opens, click on the “E-STATEMENT OF RESULTS” link located at the top.

Step 2: Candidate Sign-in

On the “E-STATEMENT OF RESULTS” page, click on the “CANDIDATE SIGN IN” button. This will redirect you to a new page that requires you to select the level you want to check results for in the dropdown box.

Step 3: Select the Level

Select Grade 7 in the dropdown box then click on the continue button. This will open a page where you need to enter your child’s Examination Number, which can be found on their examination slip.

Step 4: Enter the Examination Number

Enter your child’s Examination Number in the provided textbox and then click on continue. Once all details are verified, the results will be displayed showing all the details of the candidate and school.

Step 5: Print Statement of Results

To print the statement of results, click on the “PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS” button located at the bottom of the page. A PDF document will be generated in a new tab within the browser. Please note that if you get a message saying, “The statement of results has been successfully generated BUT the statement is not shown in the browser,” you need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. In that case, you will be required to redo the process from step 4.

You are now aware that the 2023/2024 Grade 7 and Grade 9 Examination results were released on 22nd December 2023/2024 in Lusaka. Here is how you check the results using your mobile phone:1. You open the new message pad on your Mobile Phone
2. Type the full Examination Number (Leave Space)
3. Type the Examination Year (Leave Space)
4. Type the Examination Grade and
5. Send to 8383

• Click on link number 4 which reads “E-STATEMENTS OF RESULTS” on the lists links, then
• Click on “CANDIDATE SIGN IN”

• Then click on “Continue” button
• Enter your correct Examination number and click on “Continue” *The results will be displayed showing all the detail of the candidate

Using Mobile Mobile Phone:

Students can check for the 2023/2024 grade 7 results using your Mobile Phone through the following procedure;

• 1. Open the message pad on your Mobile Phone
• 2. Type the Full Examination Number (Leave Space)
• 3. Type Examination Year (Leave Space)
• 4. Type Examination Grade and then
• 5. Send to 8383

The SMS Service is available on ZAMTEL, MTN and AIRTEL at a cost of Zambian kwacha 4 for each successful transmission.

Results from Examination Centres:

• Candidates are, however, advised to collect the Original Results Transcripts from the respective Examination Centres and NOT Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) Secretariat or any Ministry of Education Offices.
